Merry Christmas from The Weekend Gourmet!!
Were home in the Houston area celebrating the holidays with our families...but I wanted to take a moment to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas! I hope youre spending time with family and friends...and that Santa put you on his "Nice List" this year. Whether youre enjoying a quiet celebration at home -- or traveling to spend time with tons of extended family like we are -- I hope its a joyous day filled with laughter and a lot of delicious food! Merry Christmas and Feliz Navidad from The Weekend Gourmet crew! That would be: yours truly (chief cook, dish washer, and writer), Michael (taste tester and an amazing Dining Out and Travel Photographer), and Lucy & Maggie (very cute and very spoiled feline sous chefs)!
