Ahhhh...a little plate of sunshine if ever I saw one.
I just love lemon bars. Theres something ethereal about them. Fresh, lemony goodness on a perfectly baked shortbread crust with a gentle dusting of powdered sugar on top.. like fresh fallen snow.
As the winter comes on strong, why not bake your own little plate of sunshine - a sweet reminder that spring is just around the corner.
